Logan Addis

Logan Addis is a second-year undergraduate majoring in Chemical Engineering and Microbiology. He is passionate about developing strong research skills and connecting with other motivated peers at UA. Through deeper engagement with the academic community, he seeks to expand his learning experience. By participating in the ICUE Fellowship, Logan aims to grow as a student and researcher while making his time at UA more meaningful.

David Allen

David Allen is an undergraduate majoring in Criminology and Criminal Justice. He is eager to develop strong research skills and gain hands-on experience in his field. Through the ICUE Fellowship, he hopes to network with peers and build professional connections. Jakayla Armstead

Jakayla Armstead is a sophomore majoring in Psychology. She is eager to develop a wide range of professional skills, including networking, communication, and project management, through the ICUE Fellowship. She values opportunities to apply her academic knowledge in real-world contexts and engage with diverse communities. Franchesca Astillo

Franchesca Astillo is an undergraduate pursuing a degree in Biology on the pre-health track. She hopes to gain more exposure to research and community engagement while broadening her scientific knowledge beyond the classroom. Through the ICUE Fellowship, she aims to develop valuable transferable skills and apply them in meaningful, real-world contexts. Jordan Barclay

Jordan Barclay is a third-year undergraduate majoring in Neuroscience. Anna Barkey

Anna Barkey is a senior majoring in Psychology with a strong interest in community engagement and application-based research. As a Tuscaloosa native, she is involved in psychology research and volunteers with La Escuelita de Inglés, providing interpretation services at local events. She hopes to explore ways to support the Spanish-speaking community and connect research with advocacy for underrepresented groups. Through the ICUE Fellowship, she aims to strengthen her quantitative and professional skills while preparing for graduate school.

Reece Bonhomme

Reece Bonhomme is a first-year undergraduate majoring in Mathematics and is interested in professional development and undergraduate research opportunities. Ashlynn Hightower

Ashlynn Hightower is a graduate student pursuing an MPA with a background in Political Science and Economics. Her experiences as a research assistant with Capstone Polls and as an intern with Disability Rights Arizona have deepened her commitment to disability law and public service. Through the ICUE Fellowship, she aims to strengthen her research and leadership skills while exploring the intersections of community engagement, service, and policy. She plans to pursue a career in disability law, using her academic and professional experiences to advocate for a more inclusive society.

Sofia Hernandez

Sofia Hernandez is an undergraduate majoring in History. She is interested in networking, organization, and event planning. Through the ICUE Fellowship, she hopes to engage in meaningful activities that will enhance her resume and professional growth. Alexander Johnson

Alexander Johnson is a junior majoring in Biology on the pre-dental track. He is passionate about researching innovative tools that can improve the daily work of dental and medical professionals. Through the ICUE Fellowship, he hopes to collaborate with students from other disciplines—such as computer science and machine learning—to integrate technology with dental research. Lara Kozak

Lara Kozak is a Ukrainian student enrolled in a the first year graduate program in Women’s Studies. With a Bachelor’s degree from a Ukrainian university, she is eager to gain knowledge of common research methods used in American academic institutions. Curious and motivated, she looks forward to learning new skills, expanding her network, and building friendships along the way.

Alyssa Perrine

Alyssa Perrine is a sophomore majoring in Neuroscience on the pre-med track, driven by a passion for science, the brain, and making a meaningful impact on human health. Alyssa is involved in research on campus and is eager to explore research as a potential career path. Through the ICUE Fellowship, Alyssa aims to gain immersive shadowing and internship opportunities, strengthen her scientific communication skills, and prepare for a future in medicine and/or research.

Kaydence Tiffany

Kaydence Tiffany is a third-year undergraduate majoring in Psychology with minors in Communication Studies, Criminology, and Pre-Law. Aspiring to attend law school, she is focused on developing strong research, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. With experience as a Reading Allies facilitator and study abroad participant, she has honed her leadership, communication, and cultural awareness. She is excited to join the ICUE Fellowship to further build on these experiences and prepare for a future career in law.

Ellis Timmer is a sophomore undergraduate majoring in Biology and Geography with a passion for experiential learning. Elliot Troddyn

Elliot Troddyn is a junior undergraduate majoring in Political Science with a strong interest in research and leadership. He has gained global perspectives through studying abroad and practical experience as a Congressional intern, which fueled his passion for addressing complex political issues. He joined the ICUE Fellowship to develop hands-on research skills, connect with driven peers, and prepare for his own independent research projects.

Mallori’ Wilkerson

Mallori’ Wilkerson is a senior Psychology major eager to develop research skills for graduate school and improve her networking abilities. She views the ICUE Fellowship as an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience and learn new skills before graduating.

Olivia Womack

Olivia Womack is a first-year MA student in the Hudson Strode Program in Renaissance Studies, planning to pursue a PhD after graduating in 2027. Building on her strong undergraduate research background, she hopes to develop professional skills, explore national and international internships, and expand her networking abilities. She sees the ICUE Fellowship as an opportunity to strengthen her foundation for future academic and professional success.

Jessica Perez-Ferman

Jessica Perez-Ferman is a third-year student double-majoring in International Studies and History and pursuing an MPA through the AMP track. A first-generation student passionate about public service and international affairs, she has gained experience in government and nonprofit sectors. Through the ICUE Fellowship, she hopes to strengthen her professional network, gain mentorship, and build skills that will prepare her for a future career in national security and public service.

Sara Chaudhari is a sophomore undergraduate majoring in Chemistry with a concentration in Biochemistry.
